Our Impact

Effective responses to the pandemic require the support of many Canadians. We’ve recruited 7,000+ people who use(d) their skills to contribute 140,000+ hours to support 40+ Canadian COVID-19 response initiatives!

We’ve spoken with nearly 40,000 Canadians in our COVID-19 Discussions, where volunteer clinicians and scientists support conversations about vaccines, masks, Long COVID and other topics.

Our vision is to support Canada’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Our mission is to use digital tools and the power of crowdsourcing to rapidly mobilize highly skilled personnel across Canada’s diverse healthcare, research, policy, industry, and partner communities to address multiple aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our goals are to:

Serve as a reliable source of information and expertise for COVID-19 research in Canada
Support COVID-19 capacity-building in public health, research, anti-misinformation and grassroots initiatives
Provide Canadians with access to information about the COVID19 vaccinations through online kitchen table style discussions.
